Peter was born in 1951. We were a household without a television for most of my early years. If, as a child, he complained about being bored, the response was always, “Haven't you got a book to read?”! 

 In his teens and twenties, he spent a great deal of his time travelling around Europe and the Middle East, sampling various aromatic tobaccos and other related products. He grew his hair long and wore my shabby clothes. His clothes are now smarter, but unfortunately, the hair is all but gone.

He lives on the  South Coast of England in and around Brighton.
